  • 8 nos white bread slice

  • 3/4 bowls paneer ,grated

  • 1/2 bowls finely chopped capsicum

  • 1 tsp ginger and green chili paste

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves,chopped

  • 1/4 tsp salt as per your taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 2 tsp oil for shallow frying


  • Mix all ingredients except bread in a bowl with hand like a daugh. stuffing is ready for rolls.
  • Cut the dark sides form the breads, roll the breads with the help of a pin roll like e Roti or a puri, put the stuffing on the breads and rolls it, stick the edag of the rolls with the help of water or milk, make the all rolls like this.
  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan, and shallow fry all rolls in the oil when they are turn golden brown colour.
  • Bread rolls are ready to eat serve with souce and chatany.
