For batter : mix rava , 1/2 cup of curd, salt as required in a bowl. Mix it well
Add soda and stir to smooth paste. And allow it to rest for 30 minutes
Meanwhile make chutney , take roasted peanuts , remaining curd, curry leaves, green chilli in blender. And blend it to smooth paste.
Add salt and pinch of sugar with a little water and blend again. The chutney is ready. Store it in the fridge .
Batter: after 30minutes add some water to the batter
Consistensy should not be so thick nor liquid.
Add the batter in idli pots and steam it for 7 minutes.
Serve idli with chilled chutney.
You can also add chopped veggies in batter to make it more delicious and nutritive for kids.
