Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs mutton


  • 5 nos boiled potato


  • 3 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 20 nos garlic


  • 2 tsp ginger paste


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 5 tsp kahmiri red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 1 inch cinamon stick


  • 6 nos cloves


  • 1 nos star anise


  • 5 nos green chili


  • 2 tsp meat masala


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 nos black cardamom


  • 2 nos dry red chili

Directions

  • Marinate the mutton with salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder for at least 2 hous
  • Boil potatoes & then fry it in oil.
  • Heat oil, add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, dry red chilli, chopped garlic & cloves.Saute it for a while.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli & garlic paste.Make a soft mixture of it.
  • Make it cool for sometime & then make a paste of it.
  • Add oil again & fry the mixture for few mins.
  • Add marinatd mutton & all spices in it.Add some hot water.Cover it & cook it for at least 45 mins.
  • Add boiled & fried potatoes & garam masala.
  • Adjust salt & gravy.Switch off the flame now.
  • Serve it wih hot long grain rice
