Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 nos mango


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar


  • 1 tbsp red green tutii frutti,for garnishing


  • 4-5 nos toothpick

Directions

  • First boil the milk, add lemon juice then make chena.
  • Let it cool.
  • Take mango slices them very thin.
  • Add powdered sugar in chena and mix well.
  • Take one mango slice and spread the chena mixture over the mango slice.
  • Roll the mango slice into cylinder shape and sealed the ends.
  • Insert a toothpick to seal the end tightly.
  • Garnish with red, green tuti fruti, serve it cool.
