First boil the milk, add lemon juice then make chena.
Let it cool.
Take mango slices them very thin.
Add powdered sugar in chena and mix well.
Take one mango slice and spread the chena mixture over the mango slice.
Roll the mango slice into cylinder shape and sealed the ends.
Insert a toothpick to seal the end tightly.
Garnish with red, green tuti fruti, serve it cool.
