Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Dry Pineapple slices 3 nos

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Saffron Strands 10-12 nos

  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Suagr 1 tbsp

  • Pomegranate Kernels 1/2 cups

  • Chocolate Syrup 1 tbsp

  • Sprinklers 1 tsp

  • Apple Chopped in small pieces 1 tbsp

Directions

    First take 1 tablespoon of warm milk and soak saffron strands in it. Keep aside.

    Take a heavy Bottom pan & boil milk. When milk starts boiling , simmer the flame .

    Let milk simmer till it thickens and reduced into half . It should be like rabri. It will take around 40 minutes.Add saffron milk now.

    Switch off the flame and let it cool completely. After cooling add vanilla essence.

    Now garnish with pomegranate kernels and apple pieces. Keep ready slices in refrigerator to set for an hour.

    While serving garnish with sprinklers and chocolate syrup.

    Yummy, healthy and colourful doughnuts are ready to relish.
