Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 nos dry pineapple slices


  • 2 cups milk


  • 10-12 nos saffron strands


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tbsp suagr


  • 1/2 cups pomegranate kernels


  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup


  • 1 tsp sprinklers


  • 1 tbsp apple chopped in small pieces

Directions

  • First take 1 tablespoon of warm milk and soak saffron strands in it. Keep aside.
  • Take a heavy Bottom pan & boil milk. When milk starts boiling , simmer the flame .
  • Let milk simmer till it thickens and reduced into half . It should be like rabri. It will take around 40 minutes.Add saffron milk now.
  • Switch off the flame and let it cool completely. After cooling add vanilla essence.
  • Now garnish with pomegranate kernels and apple pieces. Keep ready slices in refrigerator to set for an hour.
  • While serving garnish with sprinklers and chocolate syrup.
  • Yummy, healthy and colourful doughnuts are ready to relish.
