Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Milk 500 ml

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Vinegar 2 tsp

  • Water 5 cups

  • Cardamom 2 nos

Directions

    Boil the milk when its done switch off the flame

  • 02

    Add vinegar and rest it for 5 min

  • 03

    Filter it

  • 04

    Squeeze it

  • 05

    Then knead the dough for 5 min

  • 06

    Make it as small balls

  • 07

    Add sugar, cardomom to water and bring to boil it

  • 08

    Add balls and cook for 10 - 15 min
