Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml milk


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • 5 cups water


  • 2 nos cardamom

Directions

  • Boil the milk when its done switch off the flame
  • Add vinegar and rest it for 5 min
  • Filter it
  • Squeeze it
  • Then knead the dough for 5 min
  • Make it as small balls
  • Add sugar, cardomom to water and bring to boil it
  • Add balls and cook for 10 - 15 min
