Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups oats


  • 1 cups mashed banana


  • 1/2 tbsp edible rose petals


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 nos green cardamom


  • 1/2 tbsp almonds & pistachio shaving

Directions

  • Take a non stick pan. Add oats and dry roast in a low heat till golden colour. keep aside.
  • Now add milk in oats and heat on medium flame by stirring it.
  • Now add cardamom powder and honey stir well to make sure there are no lumps.
  • Keep it on low flame for one minute. Now keep aside to cool completely.
  • When it cools down add mashed banana to the pan and stir it firmly and evenly . Garnish with nuts and rose petals.
  • Serve Banana pudding hot or let it get cool at room temperature. You can also refrigerate.
