Ingredients

noodles of lasagna; broken into bite sized pieces 4 nos
Mozzarella 1/2 cups
Lamb Mince 200 gms
Oregano 1 tsp
Large Onion;finely chopped 1 nos
Garlic Cloves; finely chopped 2-3 nos
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Large Fresh Tomatoes:Blanched and Pureed 2 nos
Tomato Paste 3 tbsp
Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cups
Chopped Parseley fresh or dried one 1/4 cups
Directions
Heat up the olive oil in a deep pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic and saute till the onions are nearly browned.
Add in the mince along with cumin powder, chilli flakes, crushed black pepper and oregano.
Next, add in the tomatoes and tomato paste and let it simmer for about 20 mins.
After 20 mins, it is time to add parmesan and broken lasagna noodles along with a cup of water.
Let it simmer for another 15 mins or till the water has been reduced fairly and the noodles cooked.
Take it out in bowls and during serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes.
