Take flour in a plate and add salt and some oil. Knead it to form a dough by adding little water. Dough must be soft
In a pan take oil. Add rai and let it splutter. Add chillies and garlic clove.
Cut methi roughly and add to the pan.
Add salt. And cover for 5 minutes.
When it leaves oil add some water and make desired shapes from dough and add dhokli in the pan .
Cover till the dhokli is cooked.
Eat hot
