Blanch spinach .
In grinder add spinach , onions, tomatoes, and grind to paste
In a pan take oil and add green chilli. Add ginger garlic paste.
Add the spinach puree that we made with some salt to taste
Cover it for 5 minutes
Add potatoes and pinch of sugar.
Cover for another five minutes till oil separates.
Garnish with fresh cream.
Serve hot with rice
