In a pan take water and add salt and some oil. Add pasta and cook till it is al dante.
Remove pasta on a plate. Drizzle oil to prevent sticking.
In other pan take butter and 2 tbsp olive oil. Add garlic and onions.
Let onions turn golden. Add salt and tomato puree.
When oil seperates add mixed herbs.
Any pasta masala enchances taste.
Add cheese slice.
Add the pasta and cook for some time.
Serve hot with pasta sals.
