Okra 250 gms
Potato,cut in cubes 1 nos
Onion,sliced 1 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Small Chopped Tomato 1 nos
Rai 1 tsp
Haldi 1 tsp
Mirch 2 tsp
Directions
In oil add rai and let it splutter
Add onions and let it turn golden brown
Add salt
Add potatoe , haldi and mirchi. Mix well.
Add tomatoes and okra .
Let it cook till oil seperstes and okra it cooked properly.
Serve with chapati .
