  • 1 nos for the stuffing, sliced onion

  • 1/2 cups chopped cucumber

  • 2 nos chopped green chillies

  • 1 tbsp kasundi

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp black salt

  • 1 cups for outer covering , maida

  • 2 tbsp refined oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cups water,as required

  • 3 nos eggs


  • Knead a soft dough using the maida, salt, refined oil and salt. rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Now make a mixture of the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing".
  • Now make a little thick rotis out of the dough and roast them on a tawa and keep aside.
  • Whisk the eggs with little salt. Take a pan, heat some oil on it, put little egg mix.
  • Put the roasted roti on it and fry on both sides and cook till egg is done.
  • Put the stuffing mixture in it and roll to serve.
