Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos onions finely sliced


  • 5 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp mirch powder

Directions

  • Take onions in a bowl and add salt . Let it leave water.
  • Add gram flour to this followed by all the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix it well .
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add if mixture needs some water. We want it sticky, not flowing consistecy.
  • Use spoon to make hot kanda bhaji in oil. Fry it till colour turns golden.
  • Serve hot in monsoon with mint chutney.
