In a pan take oil and add onions . Let it turn translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
Add tomato puree and let oil seperate.
Add salt, haldi, mirchi as per taste.
Add mushrooms and let it cook without covering.
Grind the soaked cashews to paste with little milk and add this paste to the curry
When oil separates close the gas. A
Serve with naan or chapati garnishing it with cream on top
