Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • button mushroom 250 gms


  • Onions,finely chopped 3 nos


  • Small Tomatoes,Purried 2 nos


  • Cashews soaked in Milk 10 nos


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp


  • Cream 1 tsp

Directions

  • In a pan take oil and add onions . Let it turn translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
  • Add tomato puree and let oil seperate.
  • Add salt, haldi, mirchi as per taste.
  • Add mushrooms and let it cook without covering.
  • Grind the soaked cashews to paste with little milk and add this paste to the curry
  • When oil separates close the gas. A
  • Serve with naan or chapati garnishing it with cream on top
