Boil basmati rice in pressure cooker adding cloves.
Cut potatoe wedges and fry it. Fry cauliflower florets.
In same oil add all spices and add chopped capsicum , carrots and salt to taste.
Add all fried veggies and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add boiled rice and close the lid for 5 minutes.
You can also add roasted cashews , and veggies you like. Peas can go well in pulao.
