Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled basmati rice 4 cups


  • Cashewnuts 7 nos


  • Curry leaves 4 nos


  • Urad Dal 1 tsp


  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp


  • Salt to taste 1 tsp


  • Haldi 1 tsp


  • Chana dal 1 tsp


  • Green chilly,chopped 1 tsp


  • Coriander 1 tsp


  • Oil 1 tsp


  • Hing 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take oil in pan and let add mustard seeds to splutter.
  • Add urad dal and chana dal with curry leaves and green chilly.
  • Add cashews .
  • Add whole rice in pan and stir properly.
  • Add haldi, salt and close the lid for 5 minutes.
  • Close the gas and add lemon juice.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
