Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Potatoes Boiled 3 nos


  • Tomatoes,chopped 2 nos


  • Onions,chopped finely 2 nos


  • Butter 2 tsp


  • Oil 5 tsp


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tsp


  • Capsicum,chopped 1 nos


  • Boiled Peas 1/2 cups


  • Coriander 1 tsp


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take oil and butter in pan.
  • Add onions and let it turn translucent.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and salt and let it simmer on low flame till oil separates.
  • Add pav bhaji masala, haldi, mirch and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add capsicum and peas
  • Let capsicum turn soft.
  • Mash potatoes and stir well. Add water to get required consistency.
  • Add more pav bhaji masala if you like spicy. Garnish with butter , onion, tomatoes and serve hot with pav or bread.
