Take oil and butter in pan.
Add onions and let it turn translucent.
Now add ginger garlic paste.
Add chopped tomatoes and salt and let it simmer on low flame till oil separates.
Add pav bhaji masala, haldi, mirch and cook for 5 minutes.
Add capsicum and peas
Let capsicum turn soft.
Mash potatoes and stir well. Add water to get required consistency.
Add more pav bhaji masala if you like spicy. Garnish with butter , onion, tomatoes and serve hot with pav or bread.
