Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Grated beetroot 2 bowls

  • Sugar 1 bowls

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Sesame Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Almonds 4-5 nos

  • Desi Ghee 2 tsp

Directions

    Heat ghee and add grated beetroot in it

    Saute for 2,3 minutes

  • 03

    Add sugar and cardamom powder mix well

  • 04

    When sugar melts saute continuously

  • 05

    When mixture start thickening pour it in a plate greasing with ghee spread sesame seeds

  • 06

    Put in fridge for quick cooling

  • 07

    When cools cut the burfis in diamond or square shape

  • 08

    Decorate with almond and serv
