Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 bowls grated beetroot


  • 1 bowls sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds


  • 4-5 nos almonds


  • 2 tsp desi ghee

Directions

  • Heat ghee and add grated beetroot in it
  • Saute for 2,3 minutes
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder mix well
  • When sugar melts saute continuously
  • When mixture start thickening pour it in a plate greasing with ghee spread sesame seeds
  • Put in fridge for quick cooling
  • When cools cut the burfis in diamond or square shape
  • Decorate with almond and serv
