  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 1/2 tsp oil


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp garlic(chopped)

Directions

  • TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.
  • ADD SALT & ROCK SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  • HEAT 1 TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC
  • FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, ADD A PINCH OF PEPPER POWDER
  • POUR GARLIC TADKA INTO THE CURD
  • Ready to serve.
