Directions
TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.
ADD SALT & ROCK SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
HEAT 1 TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC
FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, ADD A PINCH OF PEPPER POWDER
POUR GARLIC TADKA INTO THE CURD
