  • Hung curd 1 cups

  • Oil 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp

Directions

    TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.

    ADD SALT & ROCK SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

  • 03

    HEAT 1 TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC

  • 04

    FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, ADD A PINCH OF PEPPER POWDER

  • 05

    POUR GARLIC TADKA INTO THE CURD

  • 06

    Ready to serve.
