  • 1/4 cups broccoli florets


  • 1/4 cups cauliflower florets


  • 1/4 cups carrot julians


  • 1/4 cups chopped french beans


  • 1/4 cups capsicum(diced)


  • 1/8 cups tomato(seedless diced)


  • 2 tbsp spring onion


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp white vinegar


  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce


  • 1 tbsp onion seeds


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds(roasted)

Directions

  • PARBOIL 1/4 CUP EACH OF BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, CARROTS & BEANS
  • STRAIN & WASH IN COOL WATER
  • HEAT 4 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC, 1 ONION, SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  • ADD THE VEGGIES
  • ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, PEPPER POWDER, SALT & MIX
  • ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF TOMATOES & SPRING ONIONS
  • ADD 1 TBSP VINEGAR, 1/2 TSP SOY SAUCE
  • ADD 1/4 TSP NIGELLA & ROASTED SESAME SEEDS, TOSS & TAKE OFF HEAT
  • Ready to serve.
