Ingredients

Serves 4

  • sweet corn 2 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

  • Flour 1 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilies 1-2 nos

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1/4 cups

  • chopped garlic 1 tbsp

  • Finely Chopped Capsicum 1/4 nos

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for Cooking 2 tbsp

Directions

    Heat water in a pan and boil the sweet corn for 5 minutes.

    Drain the water and let it cool for sometime.

  • 03

    In a bowl take boiled corn, cornflour, flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix everything well.

    Heat oil in a kadai for frying.

  • 05

    Fry the corn in hot oil till nice crisp and golden brown.

    Once done take out on a tissue paper.

    In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil.

    Add chopped garlic saute for few seconds.

    Next add finely chopped onions, green chillies, capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Add fried corn along with black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.

    Mix it well garnish with some coriander and serve hot!
