Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups sweet corn


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp flour


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1-2 nos green chilies


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1/4 nos finely chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking

Directions

  • Heat water in a pan and boil the sweet corn for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the water and let it cool for sometime.
  • In a bowl take boiled corn, cornflour, flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix everything well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for frying.
  • Fry the corn in hot oil till nice crisp and golden brown.
  • Once done take out on a tissue paper.
  • In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil.
  • Add chopped garlic saute for few seconds.
  • Next add finely chopped onions, green chillies, capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add fried corn along with black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Mix it well garnish with some coriander and serve hot!
