ilish fish 250 gms
Large Onion Paste 1 nos
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Cashews Paste 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds Paste 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp
Wash and cut the fish pieces , and marinate the fish pieces with a little salt .
Heat a pan and 1 teaspoon ghee and shallow fry the fish pieces .
Heat remaining ghee in a pan add onion paste and fry .
After that add ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes .
Now add the cumin powder and fry well .
Now add the cashews paste and poppy seeds paste and fry for 5 minutes .
All masala are fry well and ghee leaves the sides then add tomato sauce and salt and mix well .
Add 1/2 cup of water and add the fish and cook for 7 - 8 minutes .
Sprinkle dome garam masala powder and serve with roce or pulao .........
