Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups grated cauliflower


  • 1/2 cups grated paneer


  • 1/2 cups grated carrot


  • 1/3 cups green peas


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 tbsp coriender


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp raagi flour


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Take a 1 cup wheat flour and mix 2 tbsp raagi flour .2tbsp besan 1tbsp maida and mix salt ,chilly powder chaat masala and 2 tbsp desi ghee mix the water make a dough
  • Put 1 tbsp oil in kadhai then 1/2 tsp hing and mix grated carrot,green peas, grated cauliflower and add salt, green chilly, and amchoor powder
  • When vegetables dry then add grated paner
  • Make a round shape of dough and fill it dry vegatables
  • Take tawa and make parotha and apply butter ready yummy and tasty parotha for serving.
