Take a 1 cup wheat flour and mix 2 tbsp raagi flour .2tbsp besan 1tbsp maida and mix salt ,chilly powder chaat masala and 2 tbsp desi ghee mix the water make a dough
Put 1 tbsp oil in kadhai then 1/2 tsp hing and mix grated carrot,green peas, grated cauliflower and add salt, green chilly, and amchoor powder
When vegetables dry then add grated paner
Make a round shape of dough and fill it dry vegatables
Take tawa and make parotha and apply butter ready yummy and tasty parotha for serving.
