Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 nos boiled potato , medium size chopped in cubes


  • 2 nos onion,medium chopped in cubes


  • 1 cups bell pepper,all colours,chopped in cubes


  • 1 nos tomato,medium size chopped in cubes


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chili powder


  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 4 tbsp water

Directions

  • Place your fry pan add oil,once heated add cumin
  • Once crackled add onions and saute till it is translucent
  • Now add bell peppers and tomato
  • Saute fir 1 minute
  • Niw add all masala
  • Saute for 2 Minutes
  • Now add potatoes and give little water
  • Close the lid and let the masala coat all the potatoes
  • Now remove the lid and cook till its light brown in color
  • Serve hot
