Ingredients

2 nos boiled potato , medium size chopped in cubes
2 nos onion,medium chopped in cubes
1 cups bell pepper,all colours,chopped in cubes
1 nos tomato,medium size chopped in cubes
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
4 tbsp water
Directions
Place your fry pan add oil,once heated add cumin
Once crackled add onions and saute till it is translucent
Now add bell peppers and tomato
Saute fir 1 minute
Niw add all masala
Saute for 2 Minutes
Now add potatoes and give little water
Close the lid and let the masala coat all the potatoes
Now remove the lid and cook till its light brown in color
Serve hot
