Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Boiled potato , medium size chopped in cubes 2 nos

  • Onion,medium chopped in cubes 2 nos

  • Bell Pepper,All Colours,chopped in cubes 1 cups

  • Tomato,medium size chopped in cubes 1 nos

  • Cumin 1 tsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • kitchen king masala 1 tsp

  • Water 4 tbsp

Directions

    Place your fry pan add oil,once heated add cumin

    Once crackled add onions and saute till it is translucent

  • 03

    Now add bell peppers and tomato

  • 04

    Saute fir 1 minute

    Niw add all masala

  • 06

    Saute for 2 Minutes

    Now add potatoes and give little water

  • 08

    Close the lid and let the masala coat all the potatoes

  • 09

    Now remove the lid and cook till its light brown in color

    Serve hot
