Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos eggs


  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 2 nos large onion paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 3 tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Take a large pan add little salt when it boil add eggs and potato and cook for minutes until they are fully boiled .
  • Now remove from the eggs into the hard shell and cut into the potato into half .
  • Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs and potatoes .
  • Now heat remaining oil in a pan add onion paste fry for few minutes .
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry until they are fry well .
  • Now add the all spices powder and fry for few minutes .
  • Now add tomato puree and again fry until the oil leaves side the pan .
  • Add fry eggs and potatoes and mix well .
  • Now add the 1/2 cup of water and allow to boil .
  • When water are evaporator and gravy are become dry then switch off the flame .
  • Now sprinkle the garam masala powder and ghee .
  • Serve it only steam rice .
