Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Eggs 6 nos

  • potatoes 2 nos

  • Large Onion Paste 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Oil 3 tbsp

Directions

    Take a large pan add little salt when it boil add eggs and potato and cook for minutes until they are fully boiled .

    Now remove from the eggs into the hard shell and cut into the potato into half .

    Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs and potatoes .

    Now heat remaining oil in a pan add onion paste fry for few minutes .

    Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry until they are fry well .

    Now add the all spices powder and fry for few minutes .

    Now add tomato puree and again fry until the oil leaves side the pan .

    Add fry eggs and potatoes and mix well .

    Now add the 1/2 cup of water and allow to boil .

  • 10

    When water are evaporator and gravy are become dry then switch off the flame .

    Now sprinkle the garam masala powder and ghee .

    Serve it only steam rice .
