Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups soaked rice for 4 hours


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp salt,sugar and lemon juice


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 piece for stuffing : capsicum, cabbage, carrot, green chili, onions(chopped);each


  • 1 tsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tbsp hung curd


  • 1/2 tsp salt or dal masala,according to taste


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Grind soaked rice with curd and 2 cups water. Add remaining ingredients make thin batter.
  • Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove it and beat the batter now. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Repeat this process until batter becomes soft.
  • Let the dough cool for sometime.
  • Mix all the vegetables, mayonnaise, malai, hung curd to make the stuffing mixture.
  • Take some portion from dough and spread on your hand and put one teaspoon stuffing and give it the shape of cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown.
  • Delicious stuffed hung curd rice cutlets are ready. Serve them with tomato ketchup or green chutney
