Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice flour/chawal ka atta 1/2 cups

  • Besan 1/2 cups

  • Suji 1/4 cups

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt,as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • Pizza masala 1/2 tsp

  • Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • For Stuffing:Sweet Corn 1/2 cups

  • Cheese(cut into cubes) 4 tbsp

  • Pizza Masala 1 tsp

  • Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Coriander and green chilli(chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for deep frying 2 cups

Directions

    Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.

    Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.

    After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough.

    Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.

    Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like cutlets

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until they turn golden in colour.

    Serve stuffed cheese cutlets with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
