Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Mava 2 bowls

  • Maida(All Season Flour) 4 tsp

  • Sugar 3 bowls

  • Ghee ,for frying 4-5 bowls

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Saffron threads 5-6 nos

Directions

    Mix maida and mava , knead it well and make dough .keep aside

    Take sugar and 3 bowls water

  • 03

    Take sugar in large bowl add 4 bowls water heat it to get sugar syrup

    When it boils add cardamom powder and saffron threads

  • 05

    Let boil for 5 times chake it with thumb and first finger ,when u get one thread between ur fingers it is ready

    Now rub the mava,maida dough well make small balls

  • 07

    Heat ghee in the kadai and fry the balls till it get brown

  • 08

    Put the balls in sugar syrup let them soak

  • 09

    After few hours serv them
