Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Senda Namak/Rock Salt,according to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Chopped coriander and Green Chilies,as per taste 1 tsp

  • Chopped capsicum and tomato 1 cups

  • Black pepper powder or according to taste 1/4 tsp

  • Singhara flour 2 cups

  • Water 4 cups

Directions

    Take a big mixing bowl add singhara flour, curd, lemon juice, sugar and rock salt according to taste. Mix and make a thick batter.

    Boil 4 cups water in a big pan or kadai.

  • 03

    Pour batter in greased thali and put on the pan of boiling water, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.

    After cooking take the thali out from pan. When it's completely cooled down, cut into small piece.

    Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add chopped green chillies, black pepper powder and saute it for few seconds.

    Now add chopped vegetables, salt and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame.

    Now add singhara bites and saute for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame, then switch off the flame.

    Garnish with chopped coriander.

  • 09

    Singhara spicy bites is ready to serve.
