Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Sabudana (2 hours soaked) 1 cups

  • Boiled and mashed potato 1 cups

  • Chopped vegetables -(tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander) 1 cups

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Sendha Namak as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee for deep frying 2 cups

Directions

    Drain extra water from sabudana and leave for 1 hour

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients and make soft dough.

  • 03

    Take small portion from the dough and make cutlets.

  • 04

    Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry all cutlets until they are golden brown.

  • 05

    Now serve hot crispy sabudana cutlets with vrat chutney/curd
