Take suji in a bowl and add 1tspn salt and ajwaiin.
Now knead it with luke warm water.
Make a soft dough .
Keep it aside.
Now take a wok and add ghee and hing in it.
Now put jeera and tomato puree.
Let it cooked.
Now add all the masalas and stirr it continously.
When water evaporates add the mashed boil potatoes.
Stir it and add 1 glass of water to it.
Cover it with lid.
After 10 mins open the lid.
Now add kasuri methi and chopped co.rriander leaves for garnishing
Aloo subzi is ready.
For Suji Halwa, it is the basic recipe.so i am giving it.
Now make very very small balls of suji dough.
Roll it like roti but very small size like gol gappas.
Heat the oil and put one by one into it.
Now transfer it to the plate.
Serve it with subzi and halwa.
It taste better with both.
