Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6-8 nos boiled potaotes


  • 1 bowls tomato puree


  • 1 bowls suji


  • 1 tbsp jeera


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp methi dana


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp saunf powder


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 bowls oil for frying

Directions

  • Take suji in a bowl and add 1tspn salt and ajwaiin.
  • Now knead it with luke warm water.
  • Make a soft dough .
  • Keep it aside.
  • Now take a wok and add ghee and hing in it.
  • Now put jeera and tomato puree.
  • Let it cooked.
  • Now add all the masalas and stirr it continously.
  • When water evaporates add the mashed boil potatoes.
  • Stir it and add 1 glass of water to it.
  • Cover it with lid.
  • After 10 mins open the lid.
  • Now add kasuri methi and chopped co.rriander leaves for garnishing
  • Aloo subzi is ready.
  • For Suji Halwa, it is the basic recipe.so i am giving it.
  • Now make very very small balls of suji dough.
  • Roll it like roti but very small size like gol gappas.
  • Heat the oil and put one by one into it.
  • Now transfer it to the plate.
  • Serve it with subzi and halwa.
  • It taste better with both.
