Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Kuttu ka aata 1 cups

  • Mashed Potatoes 2 cups

  • Chopped Cashew nuts 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Green Chilies 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Sendha Namak-to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee-for deep frying 1 cups

Directions

    In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make a soft dough.

    Take some dough and make a ball. Flatten it out and put half a teaspoon of chopped cashew nuts and green chillis and make vada.

    Heat ghee in a pan and deep-fry all vadas until they turn golden brown.

  • 04

    Serve kuttu aloo vada with beaten curd and tomato chutney
