Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups kuttu ka aata


  • 2 cups mashed potatoes


  • 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts


  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp sendha namak-to taste


  • 1 cups ghee-for deep frying

Directions

  • In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
  • Take some dough and make a ball. Flatten it out and put half a teaspoon of chopped cashew nuts and green chillis and make vada.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and deep-fry all vadas until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve kuttu aloo vada with beaten curd and tomato chutney
