Suji 1 cups
Oil for deep frying 1/4 cups
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Palak Puree 1/2 cups
Take a big mixing bowl and add suji, oil and baking powder and mix well.
Add warm palak puree and make a soft sticky dough.
Rest the dough for 1 hour.
Knead again for 5 minutes and make 50 balls from this dough.
Heat oil in a pan roll batashe in a cylindrical shape using a rolling pin and deep fry on a medium-high flame.
Palak ke batashe are ready to be served with boiled potatoes and masala water.
