  • 1 cups suji


  • 1/4 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 cups palak puree

Directions

  • Take a big mixing bowl and add suji, oil and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add warm palak puree and make a soft sticky dough.
  • Rest the dough for 1 hour.
  • Knead again for 5 minutes and make 50 balls from this dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan roll batashe in a cylindrical shape using a rolling pin and deep fry on a medium-high flame.
  • Palak ke batashe are ready to be served with boiled potatoes and masala water.
