Boil ample amount of water in a saucepan with little salt, once it starts boiling, add the spaghetti and let it cook for at least 9-11 minutes..
Meanwhile heat a pan with olive oil. Once heated, add chopped Garlic, saute for just about a minute and then add the white wine to deglaze (if you want to avoid wine, then add the boiling water from the pasta).
Once the mixture in the pan starts bubbling or boiling, add creme fraiche, and then the prawns.
The prawns will cook in this slurry, and then pink, once they are so, add salt, pepper.
Drain the pasta and add to the cooking sauce. Stir well till the sauce dries up.
Check for seasoning , sprinkle thw chives and serve, you can also add some grated parmesan cheese on top.
