Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos green mangoes


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1.5 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp jaggery grated


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Wash and Cook green mangoes in pressure cooker with 3 whistles
  • Add cool water to get cool soon
  • Peel it and smash into fine paste
  • Heat oil add mustard and cumin seeds when flutter add red chili powder ,turmeric powder,salt, add the smashed mango pulp stir it onlow flame
  • Add water in gramflour and make smooth paste and Add this paste to mango pulp
  • Add water to adjust consistency add jaggery and let it boil for 5 minutes and Serve with coriander leaves
