Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Green mangoes 2 nos

  • Gram flour 2 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1.5 tsp

  • Jaggery grated 2 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and Cook green mangoes in pressure cooker with 3 whistles

  • 02

    Add cool water to get cool soon

  • 03

    Peel it and smash into fine paste

  • 04

    Heat oil add mustard and cumin seeds when flutter add red chili powder ,turmeric powder,salt, add the smashed mango pulp stir it onlow flame

    Add water in gramflour and make smooth paste and Add this paste to mango pulp

  • 06

    Add water to adjust consistency add jaggery and let it boil for 5 minutes and Serve with coriander leaves
