Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 litre milk


  • 400 ml milkmaid


  • 1 cups paneer


  • 1 cups carrot pulp


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios


  • 10 nos almonds

Directions

  • Boil the milk and reduce to half.
  • Add crumble paneer into the boiling milk.
  • Continue to reduce the Milk.
  • Add carrot pulp and sugar and continue boiling .
  • Now add milkmaid, cardamom powder into kalakand and cook till dry up.
  • Sprinkle pistachios , almonds and serve in paper cup.
