Take a heavy bottom fry pan add milk to it
Bring it to boil and once started boiling add condensed milk to it
Let it boil in slow flame
As the layer of cream begins to form on the surface of the milk
Take off to the side of the vessel. The process continues until the milk is exhausted(Keep stirring in interval of 5 mins)
Add crushed Cardamom and jaggery and repeat the above proce
The rabdi thus formed is extremely creamy and very thick consistency
Take out in a bowl and keep it aside for cooling.
Serve it chill
