Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml full fat milk


  • 1/4 cups condensed milk


  • 2 tbsp jagerry


  • 2 nos cardamom

Directions

  • Take a heavy bottom fry pan add milk to it
  • Bring it to boil and once started boiling add condensed milk to it
  • Let it boil in slow flame
  • As the layer of cream begins to form on the surface of the milk
  •  Take off to the side of the vessel. The process continues until the milk is exhausted(Keep stirring in interval of 5 mins)
  • Add crushed Cardamom and jaggery and repeat the above proce
  • The rabdi thus formed is extremely creamy and very thick consistency
  • Take out in a bowl and keep it aside for cooling.
  • Serve it chill
