Sesame seeds 1 cups
Sugar 3/4 cups
Mawa (khoya) 1 cups
Water 1/4 cups
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Crushed pistachios 1/2 tbsp
Chopped cashewnut 1/2 tbsp
Dry roast sesame seeds till it's turn light brown, don't make dark brown coz it might get bitter in taste.
Let it cool and grind coarse in mixer jaar.
Roast khoya in wok on very slow flam till slightly change in colour.
Add water and sugar in a pan and bring it to boil.
When its start to boiling cook it for 5minuts or till 1 thread consistency.
Now switch off the flam and add cardmom powder, Sesame seeds powder, khoya and mix well.
Now grease your hands with oil and make small size peda's.
