Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups sesame seeds


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1 cups mawa (khoya)


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 tbsp crushed pistachios


  • 1/2 tbsp chopped cashewnut

Directions

  • Dry roast sesame seeds till it's turn light brown, don't make dark brown coz it might get bitter in taste.
  • Let it cool and grind coarse in mixer jaar.
  • Roast khoya in wok on very slow flam till slightly change in colour.
  • Add water and sugar in a pan and bring it to boil.
  • When its start to boiling cook it for 5minuts or till 1 thread consistency.
  • Now switch off the flam and add cardmom powder, Sesame seeds powder, khoya and mix well.
  • Now grease your hands with oil and make small size peda's.
