half crush the mustard seeds, green chillies and garlic with little water
then add tomato in the mixer and make a paste
cut the okras into 1 inch pieces
heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and half cook the okras and keep it aside
heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan and add the paanch phutana and curry leaves
when it starts spluttering, add the paste and turmeric powder
cook the paste for 5 minutes on medium flame
then add salt, okras, water and cook the okras in the gravy till fully cooked
then add curd and coriander leaves
cook for 1 minute
switch off the flame and serve hot with steamed rice
