  • 1/2 cups soak yellow moong daal


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp coriender powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tsp aamchur powder


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1-1/2 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp asofotedia


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1-1/2 bowls all purpose flour ( maida)


  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil


  • 2 cups water


  • 1-1/2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • GRIND THE ROASTED MOONG DAAL.
  • IN A BOWL PUT GRINDED MOONG DAAL AND CORIANDER POWDER , CHILLY POWDER, AAMCHUR POWDER, GARAM MASALA , CUMIN POWDER , FENNEL POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT PROPERLY.
  • MAKE A DOUGH OF MAIDA WITH SALT AND OIL
  • HEAT OIL ON A VERY LOW FLAME AND FRY THEM UNTIL THEY TURN BROWN IN A COLOUR.
  • TAKE A KADHAI AND PUT OIL , JEERA , ASAFOETIDA AND DRY MASALA POWDER.
  • ADD CHOPPED BOILED POTATO , SALT , DRY MANGO POWDER AND MIX IT
