  • soak yellow moong daal 1/2 cups

  • chilly powder 1 tsp

  • coriender powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • aamchur powder 2 tsp

  • fennel seeds powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • oil 1-1/2 tbsp

  • asofotedia 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • All purpose flour ( maida) 1-1/2 bowls

  • ghee or oil 2 tbsp

  • water 2 cups

  • oil for frying 1-1/2 cups

  • salt 1 pinch

    GRIND THE ROASTED MOONG DAAL.

    IN A BOWL PUT GRINDED MOONG DAAL AND CORIANDER POWDER , CHILLY POWDER, AAMCHUR POWDER, GARAM MASALA , CUMIN POWDER , FENNEL POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT PROPERLY.

    MAKE A DOUGH OF MAIDA WITH SALT AND OIL

  • 04

    HEAT OIL ON A VERY LOW FLAME AND FRY THEM UNTIL THEY TURN BROWN IN A COLOUR.

    TAKE A KADHAI AND PUT OIL , JEERA , ASAFOETIDA AND DRY MASALA POWDER.

  • 06

    ADD CHOPPED BOILED POTATO , SALT , DRY MANGO POWDER AND MIX IT
