Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms whole green moong daal


  • 1/2 cups rice flour


  • 3 nos chopped green chilly


  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 100 gms grated paneer


  • 1/3 tsp salt

Directions

  • GRIND OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE GREEN MOONG DAL WITH GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI.
  • AFTER GRINDING, ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND RICE POWDER.
  • MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER.
  • GREASE THE PAN AND WITH THE HELP OF A BIG SPOON SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY.
  • SPREAD GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED CHILLY AND CORIANDER AND SALT MIXTURE ON IT.
