Cooked rice 1 bowls
Curd 1/2 bowls
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
Cumin and mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee(Clarified butter) 1 tsp
Directions
Cook the rice and take rice in bowl
Add curd,sugar,salt and mix well
Heat ghee add mustard seeds,cumin seeds when flutter pour it on the rice
Decorate with corriender and pomegranate seeds
Curd rice is ready to serve
