Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Beef 1/2 kgs

  • Chilly powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Garam Masaaki 1/2 tsp

  • Crushed ginger garlic 2 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • Crushed dry chilly 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Coconut oil 100 ml

Directions

    Take a pressure cooker put pieces of cleaned beef,then add chilly powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, and salt..mix it well..

    Then allow it to cook to90%

  • 03

    After cooking for cool it.then add cornflour and garam Masala. .mix it.

    After 10 minutes shallow fry the cooked beef

  • 05

    When it comes almost fried next add crushed ginger garlic curry leaves ana mixed.fry it for a 5 minutes.

    Finally add crushed dry chilly, a pinch of kashmir red chilly ( optional for getting the red colour ) and fennel seeds..mix it All well

    Serve with hot rice and chappathi
