Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 15-20 nos garlic colves


  • 1 nos large tomato,chopped


  • 4-5 nos dry red chilies


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

Directions

  • in a mixer jar add garlic, tomato and red chillies
  • gring to a smooth paste without using any water
  • heat oil in a kadai
  • temper with mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  • pour the prepared paste
  • add salt and mix well
  • cook until oil separates
  • serve with roti, paratha, dosa or idli
