  • Garlic Colves 15-20 nos

  • Large Tomato,chopped 1 nos

  • Dry Red Chilies 4-5 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

Directions

    in a mixer jar add garlic, tomato and red chillies

  • 02

    gring to a smooth paste without using any water

  • 03

    heat oil in a kadai

  • 04

    temper with mustard seeds and cumin seeds

  • 05

    pour the prepared paste

  • 06

    add salt and mix well

  • 07

    cook until oil separates

  • 08

    serve with roti, paratha, dosa or idli
