heat ghee in a non stick pan, add flour and roast it over medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring continuously
keep aside to cool completely
heat the ghee for deep frying in a kadai and deep fry the gond till the pieces puffs up
transfer this fried gond to a plate and allow it to cool
combine sugar, fried gond, almond, coconut, black pepper and flour in a deep bowl, mix well
divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a medium round ball
serve or store in an air tight container
