beat ghee and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy with a beater
add remaining ingrediants, mix well and make a dough
pinch medium sized balls from the dough, roll them evenly between your palms and slightly flatten them
arrange in a greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes
once done, remove from oven and cool on wire rack
serve or store in an air tight container
