mix flour, asafoetida and salt in a bowl
add oil and mix well
add water slowly to make soft and smooth dough
cover the dough and allow to rest for 10 minutes
grease the dough and allow to rest for 10 minutes
grease the sev maker with attachment
fill the dough in sev maker
heat oil im a pan on medium heat
when oil becomes hot, hold the sev maker over pan and press the handle
sev will start coming out into the oil
slowly move the sev maker in circular motion
as you complete one circle, stop
fry both sides till they becomes light golden colour and oil will stop sizzling
take them out on absorbent paper
continue the same process for the remaining dough
let the sev cool completely and store in an air tight container
