Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Lauki 200 gms

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Milk 500 ml

  • Mawa 100 gms

  • Gulkand 1/2 cups

  • Rose Water 1 tsp

  • Sweet Supari 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Almonds 1/2 cups

Directions

    Keep the milk for boiling till then grate the lauki.

  • 02

    When milk boil add grated lauki into it and boil it on low flame.

  • 03

    Cook until the milk reduced.

  • 04

    Now add Mawa, gulkand and stir the mixture on low flame.

  • 05

    When done pour the mixture on a plate and set it with spatula.

  • 06

    Decorate it with dry fruits and sweet supari.
